How to make a custom template to theme

Hi,

I know that templates can be made on /blocks/content/templates/name.php,
but is it possible to do on theme like /themes/name/blocks/content/templates/name.php

not quite, but you can package them together.

such as:
/packages/your_custom_package/theme/your_theme
/packages/your_custom_package/blocks/content/templates/custom_template
