How to make columns, but within a block? Use layout?
Hi everyone,
I'm a web designer that's a newbie to Concrete5. I have good experience with Wordpress, but I decided to use Concrete5 for the latest project for a client.
I've been using Concrete5 for less than week. Still trying to figure things out. One thing I'm trying to do is to utilize the column-dividing ability of "layout." Great tool. The only problem is that it is an independent block, rather than a block within the main content block. The reason I like to use the main content block is because I am going to do some universal styling (padding, color, etc) for my client. All this CSS is going to be applied to the class, ".main" . Also, I am using the gradient plugin, and I would like the bg gradient to affect the entire main block.
Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks.
