How to make new blog posts appear at the top of the site

Hi. I'm new to concrete5 but I want to create a blog-style website but I want my newest entries to appear at the top rather than add to the bottom. How can I do this when I add a new section or block? Thank you!
What plugin are you using? ProBlog? The default blog plugin?
There should be a way to display a blog list and change the display order.
