How to - Related articles shown on services pages

When adding a new page/article I have a select attribute containing 9 different services. When selected, this article should show on the particular selected services as a related page/article.
So on a services page I should have a page list that only shows related articles selected.
I looked at Related Pages addon:http://www.concrete5.org/marketplace/addons/related-pages/... But I think this one works the wrong way around for me.
When adding an article I think the user should be given the option where this content is related to. Its double work to add an article first and then go to the service to select what article is related.
Does something like it already exist (can't find it)? I already figured out that its more difficult to create then I hoped for.

related pages does exactly what you are wanting.
all it does, is allow you to create a page list that returns related page either by a pre-selected set of select options OR the current page's tags.
so if the end user is view page1 that has tag1,tag4, & tag6 - the related pages addon is design (if set up to filter by curent page's tags) to return X number of pages results meeting those same tags.
Or you can have it on a page and just pre-set what tags or other select options to filter by.
if what you want is for the end user to drive what they are filtering, then you should look into the AJAX page tools addon.
