How to remove data from my forms?
I am trying to clean up my concrete website forms that people have submitted entries to. I don't see how to do that in my dashboard anywhere. Could someone direct me where to do this?
One possibility is 'run common clean up tasks", but that function isn't working on my site right now.

You can delete them one at a time by going to Dashboard ->Reports, then clicking the "View Responses" link next to a particular form, then clicking the "Delete Response" link underneath each entry. If you want to delete a bunch in one fell swoop then I think you'd need to run a query against the database in phpMyAdmin (not sure which tables exactly though -- probably involves a few different ones because of the way questions and answers are stored).
Hi there and thanks for responding to my question.
Unfortunately there is no "delete" option in my forums.
I click "view responses", then I click "view all fields" and in neither case is there a delete option anywhere on the page. Weird eh.
The database option would be beyond my capability.
Also, I am just remembering that I went through this last year as well and never did figure it out. Here is the post from last year:

You're talking about "forms", not "forums" -- correct? (I'm assuming "forums" is just a typo)
Interesting... perhaps you need to be logged in as the super-admin for the site (the initial account created when you first installed Concrete5)? And just to be sure, in light of that year-old message -- you're running version 5.4.1 or 5.4.1.1, correct?

Yes, I mean "forms" and not "forums".
I'm running version 5.3.2.
I'm looking around for how to login as the super admin.
