Hello there,

I wonder if somebody can help. Just had an e-commerce installed. I cannot seem to remove the ducks from the Products List under E-Commerce. An error message comes up saing "The system cannot find the file specified".

What do i do? Please, advice.

Thank you.

Dashboard -> System and Settings -> Optimization -> Clear Cache

or you could do an "Intelligent Search" using the search box in the upper right hand corner of the screen next to the Sign Out button and type in Cache.

Thank you for your advice. I have cleared the cache but it still does not remove the ducks from the products!

Thank you

Natasha, Go to your Dashboard>Ecommerce>Products page. You will see all your products there. You need to click on the blue text hyperlink next to each individual duck and then hit the red "Delete" button on the top right. If they are all in one product set, which I believe they are (can't remember) you can simply delete the entire set the same way, hope this helps.

Thank you very much Sully,

I have done that but an error message saying that "the system cannot find a file" comes up every time i try to delete any of the ducks or any of the other products that i entered for testing.

Any other suggestions?

Thank you

If you want to you can give me admin access to your site or use team viewer so we can do it together and I can poke around but I have never run into this. Wierd.
