Hello,

How can I link/associate a user to an express entity item created by a form.
On my site I have created a form where a user can submit available positions/work opportunities. I would like user who browse these opportunities to be able to click on an Apply link to apply for any position.
I would like to, as admin, be able to see who has applied for which positions.
Any help or hint would be deeply appreciated.
