I need to create a redirect button (on another page)
that will take me to a concrete site home page
with automatic enter of user name and password.
like -http://username:password/site/index.php...
can i do it ?

If you mean that entering that page will automatically log you in then you don't need the password, you can log a user in by their email or user name
