Layouts die with 503 error

Hey, I'm getting 503 errors after moving site to HTTPS. There's 50% chance that it will happen in Chromium browsers and Chrome. Here's how it looks in Chromium:

My Concrete5 version is 8.5.1. I disabled cache in settings.
