Hyperlink to FTP site

I have 10 years worth of photo albums configured in HTML/jpg files stored on an FTP site. I am wanting to put hyperlinks on my Concrete5 site to the individual albums. My attempts prompt for username/password and I have configured two different username/password combos and included them in the URL address, but still no joy. Any ideas why?

You can link to an FTP:// address, but it will ask for a login, so it's much better to place the files within the folder that can be accessed using normal HTTP:// hyperlinks.

For example, if one of your albums can be accessed by you after logging in using something like ftp://yourdomain.com/public_html/photo-album/index.html then try changing the hyperlink tohttp://yourdomain.com/photo-album/index.html...
