I can't login into my account

I can login into my webpage without a problem, but the concrete5.org doesnt work.
Whenever I try login into my account on concrete5.org I get this error message.

"Sign In Error.
This user is inactive. Please contact us regarding this account. "

While browsing in the forum, I just got logged out and now I can't login.

I'm thankful for everyresponse

This happened to me recently. I used the Portland Labs contact form

to ask them to reactivate it, which they did. The form does say that it isn't for getting support, but I know of no other way. :(

FWIW, my account was deactivated because it seemed that I'd included personally identifiable info in a post.
