I have a website that we've built from right to left for Arabic but the client says it's still not right

Can someone that knows Arabic take a look at this site and tell me if it's reading from right to left properly?
The designer says it's working but doesn't know Arabic.. and the client says he's seeing disconnected letters running from left to right.
They look like they're running from right to left to me but I know know Arabic..
