I have a video thats slightly under 1 gb. I figured out how to ftp to hostgator, my webserver, but it doesnt end up in a concrete 5 folder when i ftp it. So i guess i need to move it once its uploaded to a concrete 5 file manager, but i have no clue where to move it so i can see it in file manager when i need to place it in a video block on my website.

Basically i go to edit page and in one of the block i create a video block, then im promted to choose the video from the file manager.

Any help or lessons would be appreciated

FTP the file to [root]\files\incoming, then log into your site and open file manager. Click on "Add Multiple", then click on the "Add Incoming" tab. Select the file and import it.

Ok i moved the files which are mp4's to the incoming folder. I can go to the file manage click multiple and then see upload multiple and add incoming. I can see 2 files there i tested. I put a chack in the box and click import then it tells me error, i must select a file. Neither of the files lets me select on them individually.

Thanks for the help!

MP4 may not be an allowed file type by default. You may need to go to Dashboard > System & Settings > Permissions & Access > Allowed File Types and add the .mp4 extension.
