image displacement between edit and wel non edit mode

Well I’m trying to learn my way around the upgraded Concrete5.7.x.x
I follow each and every upgrade and am now at .4.
I've been struggling so far, but am certain I wil prevail in the end.
Well I cant really write down exactly what happening but my images are shifting position between edit and wel non edit mode.
See the two attached images.
I'm using just a simple php also attached in code
Any help most welcome,
