Images arent being seen on 3rd tier pages

http://www.concrete2.techietest.com while working on this site i created my own theme added all these pages and so on but when you get to the 3rd tier pages meaning if you go through the navigation and go to any of the schools for some reason some of the images that are part of the theme template appear to be missing yet on tier 1 or 2 pages they're there and appear normally i would appreciate any help thank you
