I have a single-page "Events" page with custom attributes (event date, event phone number, more stuff like that).

The client gave me a spreadsheet of all the events they would like to enter.

I was just wondering if there's an easier way to import than entering everything manually into my web form. Is this something I can do with phpMyAdmin? I'm not quite sure how custom attributes are structured in the database...
