In Concrete5 CMS /dashboard/settings/mail/ Page not found(404) Error

All Pages are working correctly except /dashboard/settings/mail page In concrete5. I have checked this page available in pages and themes->single pages and its controllers&single page. IF i will use Index.php?cID=53, It works correctly . But I WANT TO USE PATH NAME TO DISPLAY THAT PAGE.
