Incorrect Environment Information

I've just updated a client's site to the latest version of C5 and updated to the latest version of an add-on. There are errors with the add-on and I want to submit a support ticktet, however the environment information provided in Systems and Settings does not reflect the updates.

What does this mean? Did the updates not work? If so, why did some changes occur?

Oh, and I did try clearing the cache and logging out and back in.
