information at the very bottom of the webpage

i am a tile installer trying to complete a website for my business. i know nothing of code or site building yet i somehow managed to get this far. i do not know how to edit the info at the bottom of the website and i searched the forum and help page but didn't recognize anything. can you help a computer idiot?
You will have to edit the code by hand is normally located in themes/THEMENAME/elements/ folder.
If it's out of your league I'm sure someone can do the update for cheap.
