inline flash content anyone?

i've been trying to embed FLV movies using

and i read on a thread

about needing to change tinyMCE to accept flash language before the ligthbox works properly... unfortunately i don't know how the markup for that sort of thing. does anyone have a FLV snippet handy, or can point me to a good reference place?
