Install and Uninstall of Block under Package Install and Uninstall

Hello.
I have installed a block by installing a package. The block created a table which i could view in Concrete5 database. When I successfully uninstalled the package the table was still in the database. Can someone tell me why it was not removed by the package uninstall process? How can this be done automatically?
