I haven't come across this before:

Catchable fatal error: Argument 1 passed to ConfigStore::__construct() must be an instance of Database, null given, called in /home/stjohnsr/public_html/dev/concrete/models/config.php on line 48 and defined in /home/stjohnsr/public_html/dev/concrete/models/config.php on line 136

What do I need to do?

Check your database host username, password and dbname are correct (they are saved in config/site.php)
