install new C 5 with site back up

I have a back of my site and have to install C 5 again how can I restore my old site in new C5 installation

Where did you do the site backup? Was it from the dashboard (Where it backs up your database, and not the files) or was it from a hosting control panel? If hosting, which host / control panel was it?

I have got both back up from bluehosting and dashboard of concrete 5 now how can I restore old site
