Before you attempt to manually upload your Superfish add-on that you purchased from the marketplace, try this method first.
1. login to the website you wish to add Superfish to
2. navigate to the dashboard/add-functionality and see if your site is connected to the community. If not you should see a button that says connect to community and follow the instructions for that.
Once your site is connected to the community you will then be able to associate add-ons and themes to your site via the marketplace or your Concrete5 Projects page.
There is no need to worry that you did not assign the add-on to the site when you purchased it. Now that your site is connected to the community you can still assign the license through your Concrete5 account ( We find this is the best way to keep track of what licenses are assigned to what sites)
To assign your Superfish license to your site simply follow these instructions:
1. login to Concrete5
2. Top left of the screen you will see "My Account"
3. Right hand side of the page you should see "projects"
4. Click on projects and you should be able to see the site you just connected to the community.
5. Click on the name of your site on the far left column.
6. At the bottom of your sites project page you should see " Add Item to this Project" Here you can find your Superfish license and assign the license.
Now all you have to do is go back to your sites add functionality section in the dash and download and install your new add-on.
Hope this was of some help, if not feel free to send me a Private Message.

.
If you are going to use the manual FTP method than you will need to unzip the file first. Once you unzip the file you should have a folder that says superfish and inside that folder should be another folder named the superfish. You will want to upload the entire 2nd superfish folder to your top level packages directory. Once this is done you can login to your site and go to add functionality where you should see it available for download and install.
Hope this helps.
