Installing interface language

Hi everyone
I am accidentially running c5 in English (should be German for my customer). Where can I change the interface language (for dashboard and blocks )? When I go to dashboard- system & settings - basics - languages - I get the message:
You don't have any interface languages installed. You must run concrete5 in English.
