integrating css

I'm a graphic designer trying to master integrating a design with the C5 CMS. Could anyone tell me how to do it. I've had the psd files converted to CSS. I've opened a demo of concrete 5. Now what do I do? Import the CSS files somehow? or is it best to download the CMS and integrate at that point. Some pointers would be very helpful.

Many thanks

Your css files, along with page type files etc.. all goes in the "themes" directory of your c5 install at the root level.
Best way to learn what goes where is to look inside the default themes folder that comes with your c5 install.

I've had my psd files converted to css and they've come to me in folders, each containing an index, a css file, an image folder, and an unused images folder. Do all these folders and files go into the 'themes' folder or do I need to rename them, only put certain files into the folders?

Your help is very much appreciated.

Thanks

Hi
There is "How-Tos" in the marketplace which help you to create themes.

Either you can customize a core theme.

Or you can create your own.

If it doesn't help, then just download a free theme & customize its css as per your css.

Who converted your design? Seems to me they should have given you a completed, installable theme. You might want to ask them how to proceed.

A site called psd2htmlconverter.com - a Russian site (I had seen it recommended and they seemed to charge a reasonable amount.http://psd2htmlconverter.com/en/...

Could you recommend a good company that could affordably provide this service?

Lots of people here could do that for you.
Best thing to do is to post in the Jobs forum and see who replies.
