Any ideas on why interface preferences would not show in dashboard?
The file exists in the right location. But not displaying...

I should say not displaying in Dashboard... Any ideas?
I don't know why it isn't showing up, but its only options are to set the background image for dashboard, and whether to have dropdowns when hovering over the dashboard buttons.
