Intergraded DataBase & Forum

I have a website up now using wordpresshttp://www.BaconAlert.com Im building another site using Concrete5 & i have a few ?'s

1: I need an intergraded database - We want to be able to enter information on notorious police officers in states all over the country in a uniform way so that people can go type in the zip code and get a list of all the bad cops in the area. they can search by state, zip, cops name etc..

2.We really like our WP theme.. Easy - Clean - Simple.. I didnt see it on Concrete5, Anyway we can still use it?

3. Intergraded forums - Im looking for sumthing clean, easy to use and not to take people off of our website to go to it

4. Looking for a Image rotator that i can control the speed & starts off with a different pic every time u reload a page
