IP Blacklist

In trying to setup IP Blacklist Ban Duration, I noticed through testing that the Ban IP for xx 'minutes' comes out to be Ban IP for xx 'hours'. Is this a bug in concrete5-8.5.4?

That looks like a legitimate bug, I can recreate that - I would report that here:

I would make sure to mention you have to save a new value (or just save in general) because it appears it functions as expected upon install, but it's after you save a new value that it goes to hours instead of minutes.
