Hopefully some of these requests have already been solved with addons and I am quite prepared to write custom addons to accomplish the requirements but before I get too far into this project I would like some input on feasibility.

These are the requirements I have been given:
- ease of translations (whether within the CMS itself, or easy plugins to Vortex)
- life-cycle progression (draft, review, qa, launch)
- 1:n setup - 1 admin box, launching to N web boxes, preferably as static files (but could also rely on caching).
