Is it possible to display a Nav item based on permisions?

Is it possible to display a Nav item based on permisions? Such as an Administrator's only page link in the main navigation when an Administrator logs in?

Yep, it's cake make your "admin only" page, click "Edit Page" and then "Permissions" on the top toolbar. On the drop down menu turn off Guest and Registered User viewing. Now only admins can see your page after logging in.
