Is there a cache folder in concrete core

Hi,
I am wondering if there is a cache and tmp folder in the concrrete core folder. I made some changes to the autonav and I see that the changes are not being reflected in the site I have to click on the block and resave it to see the changes. Why is that ?

You can find the cache folder located at the path:

/files/cache

You might also want to clear your cache through the dashboard, which is found under "System and Settings".

Once you clear your cache (and also try re-freshing your browser a few times, or close / then re-open it), you should see the changes.

I am also getting such type of Error. "The cache directory must be published under the webroot (or you can set the concrete.cache.directory_relative configuration option)"
