Is there an "Upload Button" add-on?

Is there an add-on within Concrete5 that would create an upload button (for multiple files)?

I cannot seem to find an addon that achieves this, so I was just wondering if there was one available.

You might need to create a form block template with a new view.php in it that implements a flash based uploader. This might be pretty straightforward, if you are familiar with php and html. Don't know about whether a block exists or not.
