Is there any way to create global blocks ?

Hi , I am new to concrete5. I am migrating mt html site to concrete5.
I want to know that is there any way to create editable global block instead of stack ?

You can create global areas. This is useful for say, a header nav area, or logo area, or some stuff in the footer.

But a global block? Maybe you can explain what you're trying to accomplish..
