Is this possible to limit total files size uploaded to each user (or file set)

Hi all,
my site hosted on shared spacing with 1gb, my staff can upload file through concrete5. In order to control the space usage, I wanna to limit the total file size which they can upload.
I try search in forum but find nothing about this.
