Is this possible with Concrete5??

Hi every one,
We are machine engineer students from Denmark. We would like to create a website, where students can help each other with their home work, exams, and etc.. For that reason we need some functions/plugins, which we dont know if they exist for Concrete5.
The functions are:
- User have to register to get access to website functions
- A Download system
- A Upload/Submit system
- A point system.
When User write on forum -Get point
When User comment in forum - Get point
When User Submit/Upload a file - Get point
When User DOWNLOAD a file - User PAY point
- A market place, where User can buy point. User can pay using PayPal.
Can any one please tell us, if these functions are available on Concrete5?

What about a submitting system. It is the users who are submitting the files, that other can pay to download.

There is no points system out of the box that can be used to buy things. OCportal can do that. But concrete 5 will take some custom code.

Concrete5 "today" isn't really built with the social site in mind you can do subscriptions and there is a points ad-on that you can pay for that after a certain amount of points you can be allowed into a special group. but if you search thoughhttp://www.concrete5.org/about/blog/open-source-and-strategy/5-7-ro... (whats coming in a future release)
*I've used ocportal for a few projects that need point systems but its a pretty confusing cms compared to concrete and not as "clean" when it comes to code so things tend to go screwy really fast and themeing is a pain if you go for something different then default.
There is a jobs message board you can ask in on concrete 5 if you really need the points system.
*you can do
payment to download with add-ons
points to group with discounts for payments
and straight discounts for payment to download
giftcards for payment
(all with extra add-ons ranging in price)
but no points for purchase
or
points for payment
personally I would stick with c5 over ocportal even though it doesn't have the points for purchase, but its worth looking at
