issue with receiving form submissions

I have a number of forms on a clients site which kids/parents use to order school lunches. In the set up of each form exists an email address which is active and I can email from my personal email account but the form when submitted doesn't go to this email account? I have added additional email accounts on the form to ensure it is working and it sends them to them ok - anyone have any ideas??
Can you post the code you are using to handle the forms?
Have you checked your spam or junk folder? Sometimes mail systems see things coming from a specific place and think it's spammy, which could explain why it works with some addresses and not others (i.e. the other addresses are going to email systems that are all judging spamminess in a different way, and only the one getting blocked is actually thinking it's spam).
Setting up servers to email is often a pain, and might take some investigation work.
