items calendar list view - edit permissions - unable to set - only site admin can edit

I am using Items Calendar List View and having trouble allowing anyone but the site administrator to edit the calendar items. As an FYI, if applicable, the site admin established the calendar that feeds this instance of Items Calendar List View.
I am trying to allow specific member groups to edit items. I seem unable to find how to do that. I can set permissions so that the specific group can edit the block but not so that the "edit" links for calendar items show when a member of that specific group logs on.
Any help? Are these permissions tied somehow to the individual who creates the calendar or is edit capabilities simply tied to the site admin - as that seems to be the only individual/user who can edit calendar items.

Can you be more specific about what add-on you're using? I can't one called 'Calendar List View'.
I think he's using Items Calendar.

Thanks all - I actually did get it worked out. I had to set permissions specifically for the Items Calendar by doing the following.
Opened Dashboard. Went to full site map. Checked to Show System Files. Expanded Dashboard and the Items Calendar events. Set permissions to include my calendar administration group.
