javascript dialogs for end user

I have created a theme and was wanting to use a popup window to display a webpage similar to the 'Greybox' javascript plugin (http://orangoo.com/labs/GreyBox/). Concrete's javascript seems to conflict with the code in the plugin, is there a way to use the existing concrete5 dialogs in a theme for the end user? or have the 'Greybox' plugin work alongside concrete?
