Blank toolbar when overiding page_controls_header.php

I have a problem with the top toolbar showing blank when I override the page_controls_header.php
Anyone would know why ?

Did you just copy page_controls_header.php without making any kind of modification?

I just tried that and can't see any issue with this. Working on a site with the current stable version 5.6.0.2.

I've seen a blank toolbar before, that was usually related to JavaScript errors. Can you see anything in Firebug (or whatever browser/console you use)

What changes did you do in page_controls_header.php? Did you just remove the 'margin-top: 49px !important' (as in this thread http://www.concrete5.org/community/forums/customizing_c5/how-to-get... )?

Could you paste the content of the file in a [ code ] block or as an attached file, so we can have a look at it?
