Javascript removed edit bar

I have added some javascript to a page and now I am 'locked out' of the page editing as the edit bar at the top has disappeared (obviously due to conflicting script).

How can I retrieve the page?

I should say that the javascript is in the Instant Javascript block on the page so I can't simply trim it from the templates...
