I don't see a job forum, so I'm hoping I can post this here and get responses from reliable people.

This project would be sometime within the next 2 months, I believe. It won't be a project to start right away. I need to design a CMS for someone, but I also need to add an E-Commerce solution.

I have never created an E-Commerce solution in my life, but need to start somewhere. I figured the smartest way would be with Concrete5 and one of the E-commerce Add-Ons. Even smarter would be to have someone who knows how to use the Add-On install and set it up for me.

So, I would design the site as a sensible PSD and convert it to an HTML/CSS theme. The rest is all stuff you would have to do...

Please tell me if you're interested and how much you would charge. I'm not sure if any of the Add-Ons have ALL of these features, but ALL of these features are required, so please read and MAKE SURE you can do all of this stuff before saying you would like to work on the project. I don't want to end up with egg on my face or with a non-paying dissatisfied client!

The following is an outline of what's required:

Basic Merchandise -- Includes 8 categories ranging from 1 to 25 items in each.

Seasonal Merchandise -- Includes 3 categories (Spring+Summer: 40 to 80 styles) (Fall+Winter: 40 to 80 styles) & (Other: 4 to 8 styles)

Clearance -- Includes 3 categories consisting of just a few (10 to 20) items each.

All images & logos will be supplied by client.
Project will be hosted on a Linux server and will also require:
SSL certificates & payment gateways
Product Search
Inventory tracking
Low Stock Alerts
Shipping
Fulfillment from warehouse
Order tracking
Sales tax calculations
PHP & MySQL
Sales & inventory reports
Capability for client to update merchandise offered

Separately it will require SEO & marketing.


- Some things that stick out for me that I'm not sure any of the Add-Ons have are:

Sales & inventory reports

I also don't know what "Separately it will require SEO & marketing" means... SEO is included, I know, but no idea what "marketing" means. I will ask...

Also, even if this is too much, please let me know if you are interested in working on an E-Commerce site like this... we get offers periodically and I either have outsourced them or rejected them. I really want to start using C5 for everything and need to figure out this E-Commerce stuff. I'm hoping I can figure it out by seeing a store all set up.

Also, I'm in NYC, so local people would be great to work with.
