Jobs From a Package

Has anyone experimented with the job functionality as relates to a package (Adding/Running a job that is in a package?). I've been playing with it and it kind of looks incomplete in core.
I have a package(free) ready for release but all I'm missing is this ability...

Cool thanks for confirming this andrew. Was bumping my head against the wall after seeing that the jobs table has a pkgID field.
