Join the PRB
Permalink
We have a list of ideas around making the PRB easier to join/leave.
We gotta actually build that at some point.
In the meantime, does anyone want to join the PRB that isn't in it already? It'd be great to have some fresh eyes in there.
You're looking at a couple hours a week of testing new add-ons/themes and saying if they work or not.

More than happy to help if and when I can. You already know my limits ;)
After deciding to settle myself on C5 for some longer time and desiring to see new release better than ever, I'd like to help as well.
Can test on x86_64 machines running Debian (Apache & Nginx proxy) and Archlinux (Cherokee).

I am more than happy to contribute ,
I can test on cloudweb.com space,
please let me know.
ps. I have some familiarity with php and sql and in case of bugs I can try some fix on the fly or highlight error breakpoints using firebug.
(hope you understand my english ^^ )

I would be interested in helping, but may not able to help every week.
I would need to avoid any risk of conflict of interest. For example, I don't think I should be involved in reviewing anything that had overlapping functionality with something I am selling in the marketplace or have under development.

Ya, I'm kind of on @JohntheFish's line of thinking.
It kind of spooks me out to be reviewing proprietary source code in the fear of receiving "derivative works" grief later on. Maybe if there was some type of legal waiver for reviewing addons I would be into it.

It's all about pending addons in the concrete5 marketplace, not the cms core.

PRB is the Peer Review Board, and these wonderful folks help out with reviewing Themes and Add-ons that get submitted to our marketplace. I'm getting ready to add new people to the PRB group, so let me know if you are interested.
