Jquery library loaded twice

Hi,

Thanks for the new release 5.4.1 of Concrete5.

But there is a bug...
jquery.js is loaded twice when you are logged !

it uses addheaderitem which automatically so jquery is not loaded twice and just to make sure, its not loading twice for me.
