Jquery Popup exposure issue between different pages!

Really bizarre issue.
If you click PRESS or CONTACT on this page:
http://stadiumnyc.com/c5/concrete5.5.2.1/index.php?cID=117...
You'll see the Jquery popup overlay works perfectly.
Same code on this page but the exposure overlays the popup:
http://stadiumnyc.com/c5/concrete5.5.2.1/index.php/stadium-writing/...
Only difference between the pages seems to be the URL... Any idea what the issue may be?
