Language addon easy to install

Hi i was wordering if there where an "Language addon" there is easy to install, where you can choose between 2-3 languages on your site.

I've found a guide here on the C5.org (on how to make muti languages on your site) but there must be a easier way to do this, like a addon? (the addon dosent have to be free)

We are launching an internationalization add-on today, actually. There's a free one that will totally work for this purpose, and a commercial one that makes it easier to translate a larger site (with multiple translators.) I'd just check the concrete5 blog later today and you should be able to grab it.
