launch one video in new small window fro image slider

I am not sure if this is a video question or a popup window question or an image slider question.
I want to put an entry in my homepage image slider (which gives me no options except a URL to go to) that launches a new window (of specified size), in which a video plays.
Tried creating a new page for my site and linking to that, but the page it calls up has all my site chrome on it (header/footer) since I had to choose a page template.

try applying the attached theme to the page that you have the video. Alternatively, I know there are some popup video blocks in the mp.
