Layout Permissions

I have an area where the permissions for a certain group ("Members") is locked down so they can only add certain kinds of blocks (content and image blocks).

However, if I add a layout into that area, "Members" can suddenly add all kinds of blocks that are available in the system (Slider, Youtube, etc..) into each layout cell.

Is there any way around this?

Yea, thats a known issue, I personally disable layouts on sites I make as it creates messy code aswell. (and it can slow load times).
