Hi everyone, I'm new to the c5 community, but I'm loving the whole cms system and I really want to contribute to it. I want to build a login enhancement, but I don't really know where to start. I've tried looking for tutorials or help on how to start or where to start but its hard to find anything. I was wondering if anyone has any ideas on where I could look for some initial inspiration.

I know that coding into the core files would not be the best idea, but I'm not the most knowledgeable OO programmer, and don't quite know how to start to override (if that's the right word) or merge a login system into the CMS. I've looked at how its handled in Drupal and how the Open Id system works, but don't quite know the best approach to take.

Any help or suggestions would be very gratefully welcomed.
